The parliamentary debate on domestic debt optimization will be held held on Saturday(01), from 9.30 am to 7.30 pm.
Meanwhile, the Government’s Committee on Public Finance granted approval to submit the proposal which has been subject to amendments, to the Parliament.
Approval was granted when the committee convened last evening under the chairmanship of the Dr. Harsha de Silva.
Meanwhile, a special party leaders meeting was held last evening, to discuss parliamentary affairs under the chairmanship of Speaker Mahinda Yapa Abeywardena.
